⅔ cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
⅓ cup Honey
2 tbsp Mamma Chia chia seeds
¼ cup Oat Flour
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
¼ cup Pepitas
- Mix peanut butter and honey well in a large mixing bowl. Add in oat flour and rolled oats and mix again.
- Add pepitas, pumpkin, and chia seeds. When everything is mixed well, use a tbsp measuring spoon to create large “balls” and spread out on a plate. This should make 12-15 bites.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours before eating. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
